The Great Woof Wait Update

Well we are almost a week into our Woof Wait. We are super excited with the response we have gotten and are already at 20% of our goal. It is truly humbling to see the outpouring of love and support from you all (in fact Jordon almost started crying he was so touched at the immediate response). Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

The potential dogs that were lined up aren't working (not all dogs can sense seizures), so Deb, our contact gets to go "shopping" for more seizure alert dogs. We just KNOW that the right dog for Jordon will be found when the time is right. However, we just heard that there was a tornado in Billings, MT (where Deb lives) so we don't know that will have any affect on anything (we doubt it).

Now I know I said I would post card pictures Thursday, but I had something come up (typical, I know). As Jordon and I like to say: Life happened. I was asked to sing at my amazing aunt's wedding, so between jobs and sleeping, I was practicing the song (Someone Like You) because I get very nervous singing in front of people (I don't mind singing in the car, or even in the bathrooms that I clean at work, or in front of my hubby) but when it comes to crowds, I shake more than a baby rattle. But I cowgirled up and did it.  The song is originally from Jekyll and Hide, but I have a version with alternate lyrics that I love:
