Wow, we can't believe it is May already! Where has this year gone? Things are still going well for Jordon and I. Our calling is keeping us very busy, but we are very excited about the Open House! Tickets for the open house are available By clicking here. It will go from June 1 - August 1. We are in charge of June 5th and July 7th. We also get to help clean and prepare the temple the day before it opens for patrons!
Jordon is still enjoying his vet tech classes and horseback riding. On Saturday, we found out they had to put his horse Magic down. She had gotten very sick and had Chrones disease and then got Salmonella poisoning. Jordon was a little sad that she is gone, but he is happy that she isn't hurting anymore.
This past week we have been busy helping Stephanie with the kids while she finishes her last weeks of work. It has been fun playing with Austin and Jordon adores Shayley. They are nap buddies. Shayley usually falls asleep on Jordon's legs and not long after Jordon is nodding off too. It is very cute and I will have to post pictures of it soon.
Jordon also had a doctor's appointment today and all is well. They are cutting back on Jordon's seizure medications because he has been overdosing on them (he was taking the amount that had been prescribed). He will have an MRI again in for weeks to check the progress of his tumor, but we are positive that it will still look good. We also found out that his Chemo, Avastin, has finally been approved to treat brain tumors. It is now official. You can read about it HERE.
I think that is all for now. Oh wait! I forgot to mention. I have two job interviews with DMBA on Friday! Wish me luck!!! :)

Yay for your job interviews! That's exciting.
Good luck with the interview! Looking for jobs is such a pain. I have been for several months...and no luck. It stinks.
Good luck! You will do great :) Glad to know things are going pretty well. Sad to hear about the horse and that's scary about Jordon overdosing! What were the doctors thinking prescribing so much to him?? Makes you wonder....
Hope the interviews went well! How much longer does Jordon have of chemo?
