Saturdays are meant for sleeping in...

And sleeping in we did! I slept in until about 8:00, and it was heaven. Jordon slept in until 11:00, then he took his meds and went back to sleep. He has had a very rough weekend. He had another seizure last night, then he had two today. The second seizure caused dizziness and shortness of breath, which is kind of alarming. He also started developing a baseball size red spot above his left eye. It kind of looks like a bruise, but he didn't hit his head. After calling Jordon's doctor (numerous times), it was decided to increase anti-seizure medications until Monday, and then on Monday, Jordon will change anti-seizure meds. As for the redness/bruising on his head, the doctor said to keep an eye on it. It is possible that it is irritation from radiation (but it is not where the radiation is). We just pray it is nothing serious. The seizures have made Jordon completely and utterly exhausted, so we have spent this weekend vegging, and taking it very easy, and Jordon is getting plenty of rest. His new favorite past time is watching the back of his eyelids (sleeping). Well, it is time to get Jordon his chemotherapy, so to all, have a good night, and don't forget about daylight Savings Time!!! (I hate the spring DST, but I love it in the fall).
